What are Pre-orders? Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be picked up or delivered at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will be reserved exclusively for you before the official release. For this upcoming holiday season, orders are expected to be ready for pick-up/delivery by December 16th, 2022. 

Returns & Cancellations: All items can be returned if they meet our Return Policy requirement. Cancellations are permitted.

Combined Orders: We suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock” orders, as in stock merchandise can be delivered immediately.

How long will it take to receive my order? Once we receive the Pre-Ordered items, we will contact you within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email or text once your item is ready for pick-up/delivery. 

Payment Methods: Pre-order deposits can be paid by CIBC Bank Transfer/1st Pay or by cash in-store.

When is payment due? A 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase, then once your pre-order order is ready to be picked-up/delivered, the remaining balance is due upon arrival.

The deadline for pre-orders is November 6th, 2022.

 Coupon codes are not allowed to be used on pre-ordered items.

Orders can be collected from our boutique in Upper Collymore Rock, St.Michael or delivered to your home/office for an additional fee.

Local delivery (Barbados) is available island-wide. 🇧🇧✨

Over the years, our founders have delivered products personally to our customers island-wide but with the addition of our new store in St.Michael, we have partnered with local delivery companies to offer an advanced delivery service. 

We have adjusted our rates to better suit your needs 🚚

Our delivery service is available Monday to Saturday between 10:30 am and 4:30 pm. *

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 11am, during business hours (Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm), but it is still subject to change due to availability. 

 Delivery orders placed after 11am on Monday-Saturday, will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed on Sunday or bank holidays, will be delivered on the next available business day.

There is a minimum order amount of $40 for delivery. 

Once order processing is complete, a courier will contact you to arrange a convenient time for delivery.

Aftercare Tips

Avoid harsh chemicals. Bleach and chlorine can damage the surface of stainless steel metal, therefore, we recommend you remove any jewelry before swimming in chlorinated pools.

If you choose to go with a jewelry cleaner, make sure that it is safe to use on stainless steel metals, as some cleaners can be abrasive and scratch steel.

Avoid storing your jewelry with other sharp objects or jewelry as this could scratch it. Instead, store your jewelry separately in a fabric-lined box or the pouch that was included with your item.

We recommend removing jewelry before showering or going to bed to prevent damage.

With the proper care, your piece will maintain its luster for many years.

Like many other metals, stainless steel can get scratched and lose it's luster, therefore becoming dull. However, this does not mean you throw out your jewelry since restoring it is easy to do and can be done right at home.

Restoring Your Jewelry

The simplest way to clean your jewelry is with a bit of soap and water when it's dull and dirty. This helps clean off any pollutants and grime on your jewelry. Remember to please use a mild liquid soup and warm water. 

Soak the jewelry in a bowl containing a mixture of mild soap and warm water and let sit for a few minutes. Next, take a soft cloth and rub the jewelry. For hard to reach areas, like grooves or engravings, you can use a soft-bristled toothbrush that will ensure you reach those hard to get places. Once you've thoroughly cleaned off your jewelry, reassure you've dried your piece with another lint-free cloth to remove all possibilities of water spots.
