Shipping policy

 

As Possé by Rodonya is based in Barbados, local delivery is available islandwide. 

LOCAL DELIVERY (Barbados)

A minimum order of $60 BDS is required to be eligible for delivery. Orders under this threshold can be collected from our store location in Wildey Commercial Centre, St. Michael.

Delivery fees range from $20-$40 BDS, depending on the location.

SHIPPING (outside of Barbados)

Our shipping rates start at $17.50 USD and vary based on location. This is due to the costs associated with shipping from Barbados. Shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

All orders are shipped from the island of Barbados and may be subject to delays occasionally. We ask for your patience and understanding as you await your much anticipated order. Orders can take 2-5 business days to be shipped to your location.

Turnaround time (the time it takes to make your orders) is typically 12-24 hours, depending on volume of orders and availability. Custom engraved orders typically take 24-48 hours to be made and prepared for shipping.

Please ensure that the customer name/email and delivery/shipping address match before placing your order. It is imperative that you leave a contact number or working email in order to be contacted when your order is ready for pick up or delivery. Orders that do not follow these criteria will be refunded/cancelled. 

International orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive. 

Local pick-up (Barbados only) can also be selected at checkout.
