We are all about #SELFCARE at Possé (and obviously, stunning jewelry). We created a little list of self-care ideas for you to enjoy.

1. Read a book

Whether it's a romantic novel, an interesting memoir, or your favorite cookbook, reading can help with relieving stress while strengthening the brain and increasing vocabulary.

2. Spend time in nature

Go for a walk, spend time at the beach, or enjoy a refreshing drink while sitting outside. Benefits of spending time in nature include: lowering stress, boosting happiness and inspiring creativity.

3. Pamper Yourself

My favorite! Simply taking time to do your hair, paint your nails, or performing your full skincare routine can be very relaxing. Take time for YOU.
